Pempek Lenjer (2 pieces)

These Pempek Lenjer is our most versatile product. It is good eaten as is, but marvelous after being fried for a few minutes. See our video on making “Lenggang” (Pempek omellete) which is one of the favorite ways of enjoying this pempek.

Pempek Kapal Selam (2 pieces)

A delicious fish “submarine” loaded with egg inside. This can be enjoyed as a snack, just fried and cut up served with cuko, or as a meal with any kind of noodle you may have. The kind that will leave your belly satisfied for a while.

Pempek Bulat / Adaan (12 pieces)

These pempek bulet are favorites to many. Lightly fried fish bowl with special mix of spices and herbs. Re-fry in oil / bake to enjoy them.
